We’re Still Delivering Quality Flowers in Greater Manchester

We’d like to assure our customers that because we operate as a Local Online Florist from an industrial unit at Salford Quays, Manchester, we are not impacted by the temporary retail premises closures announced by the UK Government. As such our local online gift flower and funeral flower delivery services are operating.

The UK Government’s current advice regarding online retail businesses like ours which is published online states that:

“Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal.”

As valued customers, you trust us to deliver personal sentiments and share messages of love and support in these difficult times with those special to you and your family. Therefore we will like to reassure you all that we have taken steps to ensure that you can be confident that this can be done in a safe manner:

  • Customers will no longer be able to order flowers for collection from our unit, we are operating a delivery service only in our local area

  • All back office functions are being undertaken by home working team members and our telephone lines are diverted there

  • A skeleton florist and delivery team only physically attend work when orders need to be fulfilled and maintain social distancing protocols whilst at our unit; the rest of the time they are at home

  • The remaining team members are furloughed at home for the time being until we can fully re-open the business

  • We’ve enhanced hygiene protocols at our flower production unit and inside our delivery vehicles, cleaning regularly using antiviral cleaning solutions

  • We’re closely monitoring any new advice, regulations and policies communicated by the UK Government and WHO. We will notify you right away if they have any impact on the ability to deliver our products

  • Health and safety is a top priority and we’re ensuring that all of our people and suppliers comply with the recommended health and safety measures

Important Delivery Information

Based on the health and safety guidance provided by the UK Government and WHO, we have implemented these delivery measures:

  • Contact-Free Delivery: When we deliver the driver will call the number provided or knock on the door, place the flowers and gifts down then stand at least 2 meters back to allow the recipient to collect the products, or will move on if requested to do so before the person opens the door.

  • All delivery drivers will deliver wearing protective face masks and disposable gloves. They have hand sanitisers to use in between deliveries in addition to anti viral cleaning solutions inside vehicles and at our flower production unit.

  • We will also follow any specific instructions that you inform us of during the order process.

Fresh Flower & Sundry Substitutions

We are receiving regular fresh flower and sundry deliveries from our hard working flower growers, exporters and suppliers. However with the logistical issues associated with the Global Covid-19 Pandemic our supply lines are and will likely continue to experience some disruption for the foreseeable future.

As such we cannot guarantee the exact content of the flower bouquets, funeral flowers and other sundry items on our website at this time.

Rest assured that we will endeavour to create wonderfully gorgeous floral designs as close to your requirements as possible, using alternative materials of at least the same value or more should those shown in the online images not be available.
