Return Policy

Whenever possible we will send flowers similar to those seen on the website photograph. If we do have to substitute flowers due to lack of availability or seasonality, we reserve the right to replace flowers of equal or higher value without notice. Should something be completely unachievable, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Should you need to cancel or amend your order please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on (+44) 0161 333 4556 at least 24 hours before the delivery date. If your order has been dispatched you will be fully charged.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers any complaints, refunds or replacements will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please phone (+44) 0161 333 4556 or email very@verdure.co.uk with any problems you may have with our service.
